Our Humble Beginnings: Energie Fitness Archway
Our journey started back in the summer of 2021. Driven by a passion for fitness and a desire to create a welcoming, results-focused gym for the Archway community, we opened the doors to Energie Fitness. As a locally owned business, our focus from day one was on our members – understanding their needs and building a space where everyone felt motivated and supported.
We poured our energy into creating the best possible gym environment within our initial space. While we were thrilled with the community we were building, we always knew our vision extended beyond those four walls...

Growing with Our Community
From those early days, Energie Fitness Archway became more than just a place to lift weights. It became a community. We listened closely to our members, learning what motivated them, what they enjoyed, and what they needed next. Year after year, we reinvested in the gym, adding new equipment and introducing a variety of classes to keep things fresh and challenging.
Recognising that fitness doesn't always fit a 9-to-5 schedule, we evolved to meet the versatile needs of our members by transitioning to 24/7 opening hours. We were proud of the vibrant, supportive atmosphere we'd cultivated.
However, as our class timetable grew in popularity, one challenge became increasingly clear: our beloved studio space within the gym was simply too small... We knew we needed a solution.
A Leap Across the Road: Expanding Our Vision
Then, in late 2024, opportunity knocked – literally just across the street! A neighbouring shop became vacant, presenting us with a rare, once-in-a-lifetime chance to not just solve our space challenge, but to dramatically expand our facilities, services, and our entire wellness philosophy.
We seized the moment. This wasn't just about getting a bigger room for classes; it was about creating dedicated, specialised environments designed to enhance every aspect of our members' wellbeing. We envisioned a true wellness hub, seamlessly integrating fitness and recovery.
Across the road, we meticulously designed and built two brand-new studios: a dedicated space for Reformer Pilates and a larger, versatile studio for classes like Boxing, Yoga, and Barre. We also added tranquil therapy rooms upstairs for Physiotherapy and Massage.

Meet the Brothers Behind Energie
Energie Wellness Centre is proudly locally owned and run by brothers, Hassan and Hussain Al-sadiq. What started as a shared excitement for fitness has grown into a commitment to building a truly comprehensive wellness hub for the Archway community.
You'll find Hassan managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly – drawing on a knack for detail that might surprise you coming from his Physics background! Meanwhile, Hussain is the face of our outreach, often found in and around Archway, passionately sharing the Energie story and connecting with potential members.
Together, their complementary skills and dedication drive the vision for Energie Wellness Centre: a welcoming, state-of-the-art facility built on genuine community connection.
