At 26, after 6 years off, I decided to rebuild from the ground up. Bodybuilding didn't stick - but strength training did. Strength is more than lifting heavy. It's mindset, discipline, and showing up even when it's hard. I've helped clients from all walks - from marathon runners to everyday lifters - and I take your goals seriously.
